Job Duties: Remain involved throughout the product lifecycle to ensure the delivered product meets the functional requirements specified by the business. Interact with and communicate product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and a variety of other stakeholders. Work with Development Managers, Program Managers, and Architects in scoping and sizing of projects. Partner directly with PayPal business stakeholders to extract, re-engineer, and define business processes for Next Generation Customer Service platform built atop Pega PRPC and its solution frameworks. Mentor and train those involved in process and requirements definition. Construct and maintain an evolving list of capabilities that must be built outside of PRPC platform to retire PayPals legacy Customer Service applications. This inventory includes web service needs, enterprise platform needs, and external integration needs. Drive discussions with the broader PayPal Technology and BU stakeholders to increase awareness of legacy application Sunset plans. Contribute to best practice definitions and critically review work of other team members. Translate business needs and requirements into robust technology requirements. Provide regular high-level communications to technology and business leadership and detailed communications to company-wide stakeholders. Utilize knowledge and experience with Pega PRPC/CPM program, and a demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders, and to lead and assist in the identification and definition of requirements, use cases, process flows, screen flows, and user interfaces. Operationalize and deliver value from a strategy or vision statement. Communicate business vision and technical requirements directly to engineers, business partners, and up to executive leadership. Document business process, work with business partners to re-engineer process an optimized process that drives cost savings, efficiencies, and revenue opportunities. Utilize experience with Pega Campaign Management, Pega Call, Smart Disputes, and other frameworks/module. Utilize experience with industry standard methodologies including SDLC, RUP, Agile, and SCRUM. Work in a team environment.
Minimum Requirements: Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a programmer analyst or software engineer or Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience as a programmer analyst or software engineer.
Special Skill Requirements: Experience must include the following: familiarity with Pega Smart BPM methodology; experience with industry standard Agile methodology; prior architecture/design, development and support experience in Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks; experience in IT as project manager involved in business process management, application customization and development; handling customer escalation and customer management; experience in Payment/Finance industry. Must be a Pega Certified Business Analyst or Architect. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
