A SimpleHIRE client located in Panama City Beach, FL is looking for an experienced Insurance Customer Service / Sales Representative. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; overtime required based on business needs.

Job Duties:
Maintain a positive attitude while providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients, prospects, insurance representatives and fellow co-workers.
Review and prioritize all insured's request for service; prioritize the information to insurance companies on the day the request is received or the following day.
Reviewing all incoming mail the day the mail is received and process accordingly.
Process all transactions involving payments the day they are received.
Review and order all necessary renewals no later than 60 days prior to expiration.
Follow all agency systems, procedures and insurance company guidelines.
Perform and meet deadlines for other tasks and projects at management's request.
Responsible for cross-selling personal lines products to existing customers.
Adhere to agency's policies; attendance, customer service, etc.
Qualifications:
Must be licensed as a 440, 220 preferred
Must be a team player
Excellent computer skills - will be required to use Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to adapt to a non structured work environment
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Quick learner
Ability to be flexible and adapt to various requests or changes to workflow
Ability to prioritize tasks in daily workflow

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
