Are you an experienced heating/plumbing/HVAC technician looking to use your product knowledge in an office environment? If so, this is the job for you!
SupplyHouse.com's customer service department seeks help answering customer technical questions regarding plumbing, heating & HVAC products. We currently have a team of 7 product support members and are looking for an individual who can help answer specific product and installation questions. The candidate will be responsible for responding to technical questions submitted via e-mail as well as answering incoming calls on our product support line.
The ideal candidate will be hard working, self motivated, responsible, and intelligent, have a 4-year college degree. Hours will be Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm and Friday 8am to 5pm with a one hour lunch break.
