Job Duties
Inspect on a daily basis that all areas are cleaned, and report repairs needed
Ensure work performed by cleaning staff meets high standards of quality to client satisfaction
Maintain janitorial equipment and storage room in a clean, safe, and ordered manner
Place monthly supply order to replenish proper stock of equipment
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, stripping/scrubbing, coating with sealer/finish and burnishing
Perform carpet care by moving furniture, vacuuming, extracting, shampooing and bonnet cleaning
Clean and perform general maintenance on all equipment
Knowledge of operations of commercial floor and carpet cleaning equipment
Required to mix and use chemicals according to manufacturers' directions
Job Requirements
Must have minimum 1 year experience as Supervisor in related field
Must be able to stand and walk on a continual basis
Must be Bilingual (English& Spanish)
Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 50-70 pounds
6 months-1 year experience in all aspects of hard surface floor care from stripping to high-speed burnishing
