ON SITE SUPERVISOR
2nd Shift Working On-Site Supervisor needed IMMEDIATELY in Smyrna
Are you a leader - who is comfortable working hands on? If so, then we have the position for you.
We are currently in need of a 2nd Shift Supervisor working On-Site with one of our large Production and Distribution clients. This position is Temp-2-Hire and will involve 25% working in an office setting, running reports, calling associates, entering time into payroll system, documenting attendance issues, etc.
The remaining 75% will be working on the Floor - both in management of staff numbering above 75 associates, as well as actually participating in production.
This position requires prior leadership experience, preferably in a warehouse or production environment. The right candidate for this position will be reliable, dedicated to accomplishing tasks assigned, and able to motivate others to achieve the goals required.
