Summary:
Injection Molding Company in Barberton Ohio is looking to fill the position of a Maintenance Technician for Injection Molding Machines and auxiliary equipment. This person will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment; while supporting production to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvements.
Duties and
Responsibilities:

Adhere to all company policies/procedures and safety. Troubleshooting and repairing injection molding machines (mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems) Troubleshooting and repairing auxiliary equipment (grinders, dryers, hopper loaders, thermalators, conveyers, etc.)
Minimum
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Technical knowledge of injection molding machines Mechanical background with experience in electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic and basic electric experience. Basic understanding of electrical circuits Able to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic prints

Mental: Must be able to effectively communicate with others; understand, read, analyze and interpret written materials; compliance with company policies/procedures; respond appropriately to feedback to make improvements; maintain positive working relationships; troubleshoot and solve problems. Physical: Must be able to hear and verbally communicate. Must be able to do the following without assistance: lift up to 50 lbs, sit, bend, squat, twist, stand, climb, and walk for hours at a time. Good eye-hand coordination, ability to handle repetitive tasks.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Ability to follow priorities, work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, and facilitate teamwork.

Injection Molding Machines (heavy machinery) and auxiliary equipment
Special/Additional Requirements:
Persons in this position will be required to pass a drug and criminal background check.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
