Account Rep This position is responsible for providing supply chain management and excellent customer service in order to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability. Account Representative Blue Springs, Mississippi 7:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. This position is responsible for providing supply chain management and excellent customer service in order to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Mill Orders including Import Material/Issue Purchase Orders Track Mill Delivery Performance Enter Customer orders Customer Service Customer Quotes Budgets Trials Concessions - resolve paperwork issues SPR'S (special processing requests) Communicate to Outside Processors Application Sheets Correspondence with TMMMS (Toyota Manufacturing Mississippi) Resell (prime material) Setup trucks - put on schedule Aged Inventory Management Assist Accounting to resolve Account Receivable issues Assist Quality with resolving issues Facilitate regular meetings with Customers and Suppliers Qualifications required: Bachelors Degree General computer skills in Microsoft software applications Qualifications Desired: Experience with JD Edwards systems Apply to: Fax to: 538-5866 BSM is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
