Temp - HR Generalist
The HR Generalist is responsible for being the face of HR within our TE Connectivity manufacturing plant in Worcester, MA. The HR Generalist will support 100
manufacturing and office employees and take direction from the local HR Manager.
Primary responsibilities will be handling employee relations issues, sourcing, interviewing and identifying talent for recruitment needs as well as assisting with new hire orientation. The HR Generalist with assist with any logistics and communications pertaining to corporate initiatives such as benefits open-enrollment and on-site events as well as fielding basic policy and health & welfare questions.
Skills and Qualification: Five years of experience in an HR function with a strong focus on employee relations and full-cycle recruitment Ability to interact with all levels of the organization Ability to manage challenging employee relations issues when they present themselves Maintain the utmost in professionalism and confidentiality Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with various software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for Windows. Prior experience with SAP and Kronos is preferred.
Education: Bachelor's DegreeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
