Accessibility Designer Role Expectations:
o Provide guidance and direction to UX developers to ensure web solutions are designed and built to be accessible
o Conduct Accessibility compliance testing of web sites, software applications, and documents using the WCAG 2.0 guidelines or Section 508 technical accessibility standards
o Provide clear explanation of why desired features and functionality may or may not be considered accessible
o Provide technical assistance and remediation guidance to developers
o Interpret and apply the WCAG 2.0 guidelines or Section 508 technical standards to a wide variety of environments and applications to ensure compliance
o Recommend potential solutions by evaluating new and emerging assistive technologies designed to increase accessibility in the network environment
Skills Required: MUST HAVE ALL REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE CONSIDERED.
o Hands-on experience designing complex software interface layouts that are accessible to people with disabilities
o Extensive experience in accessibility techniques for software, web, and documents
o A track record of auditing and documenting compliance against WCAG 2.0 guidelines and Section 508 technical standards.
o Experience in the use of testing instruments, such as screen reader software (JAWS, Windows Eyes, NVDA), screen magnification software, voice recognition software, etc.
o Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.0 technical techniques and guidelines. Knowledge of the Commonwealth standards is a plus.
o Well versed with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery and UI design principles
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Not to exceed hourly cost: $80
Citizenship Status: US Citizen preferred; will consider Green Card
Special Requirements/Restrictions: No Travel. All work must be performed onsite. NO REMOTE.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
