To manage the projects he functional HR and Payroll consultant will be responsible for implementing HCM and payroll at customer sites. The job involves understanding requirements, configuration, training, coordinating with technical team, go live, support and documentation. Consultant will have to travel to client locations, as required.
Qualifications:
Relevant graduate degree, however MBA HR will be given preference
Overall 5 years experience and at least 2 years of AX HR or payroll experience
Good HR domain knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Written and verbal communication skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
