Responsible for leading project teams and managing activities associated with high-visibility projects that are long-term, company-wide (crossing multiple organizational entities) and significant in risk, scope and complexity
Responsible for end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end
Consults with business partners to clarify and define complex project requirements and business cases, including statements of work
May manage a family or series of projects associated with a specific business strategy
Develops and revises highly complex project plans and budgets
Responsible for understanding problems, bringing issues to resolution, and escalating as necessary to meet timelines
Interacts and negotiates with senior and/or executive management on a regular basis
Creates and implements complex communication plans
Creates and delivers presentations on project goals and plans, including progress reports
May be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors
May directly or matrix manage project staff, including selection, training and conducting performance evaluations
May require some travel
Will be reporting to Kristina Brophy of the Corporate Technology & Data PMO

Qualifications: 10
years project management experience.
Minimum
Qualifications:
12
years experience managing large, cross organizational technology projects preferably in the financial services and/or banking industry
7
years of working within a Technology & Operations Organization
6
year managing projects in excess of $3.5 million
5
years of leading large-scale/complex application development projects
4
years of leadership experience, must lead complex enterprise wide Tier 1 projects with high visibility to Executive Level Leadership
3
years of following a structured project management methodology such as Agile and/or Waterfall approach
3
years of experience using PM tools such as Planview, Stamp, MS project
Demonstrated communication skills, ability to influence and motivate matrixed project teams, strategy development and execution
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business or related field
Chandler, AZ is the preferred location.
Previous Wells Fargo experience leading projects
Hands on experience managing technical Access Management projects
