Job Description:
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Performs Application Administration - system installs, patches, software installation, configuration, custom development, upgrades, and security of Middleware technologies
Understands disaster recovery plan requirements and performs solution testing.
Assists with architecture layout and design for ESB applications to ensure availability, reliability, and recoverability.
Administers Tomcat, Jboss and webMethods platforms.
Participates in specialized projects requiring technical research and/or vendor coordination.
REQUIREMENTS:
Requires at least 3-7 years of experience and with a strong understanding of webMethods Integration Server, Broker, My WebMethods Server, Reverse HTTP Gateway, SSL Certificates, Process Engine, Task Engine, JMS Broker, JDBC Adapter, CentraSite, and Mediator.
Requires an understanding of the basic networking, Unix/Linux and security technologies.
Must have experience in
tomcat, apache and other Middleware technologies.
Must have strong technical understanding of different application server configurations.
Must have experience in
application server performance tuning.
