Answer multi line phone system - screen and forward calls as necessary
Handle travel arrangements
Perform departmental administrative/clerical duties - create files and labels, prepare meeting materials, maintain office phone directory/holiday mailing list and create spreadsheets in Excel
File general office correspondence into appropriate departmental filing system
Handle distribution of mail and maintain/order office supplies
Prepare conference room for meetings by ordering lunch and preparing coffee, coordinate luncheons and various company functions, maintain office appearance
Run errands to post office/bank and pick up office supplies
1-2 years receptionist and general office experience required
Ability to answer, screen and direct calls
Greet and assist visitors
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
PC and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
Motivated, self-starter who can work independently in a team environment
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions.

US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
