Job Description: Supervises all other staff and cook. Responsible for performance of staff and cook. Should be able to perform all job duties in the store. Manages all customer complaints. Manages cash collections/bank deposits. Manages product inventory and orders. Manages staff scheduling. Accountable to owner for successful operation of store.
