Position Description:

Client facing role with responsibility for the analytical and reporting activities for assigned client(s); including the leading of client requirements, oversight of analytical tool and reporting development, and proactive insights of analytical outputs to increase field effectiveness and performance. This person will also be responsible for understanding client business drivers, client/internal data sources, and field reporting usage expectations in order to provide client insights on a regular basis, perform adhoc queries and reports in response to client business needs, and make recommendations to increase field comfort levels and usage of analytical tools and data to drive field performance.

Key Job
Responsibilities:

Understanding of key business drivers, metrics, and factors that reflect contractual metrics and field effectiveness, along with the ability to offer assessments and insights into actual vs. desired performance on a regular basis.
Primary client contact for Analytical services from implementation to ongoing operations support, including gathering customer requirements, overseeing development process, and performing QC and UAT for analytic results.
Ability to independently create reports/queries, analyze data, and provide intelligent insights for adhoc customer requests involving client sales and marketing data and field performance across all levels of field users: sales/district/regional/national levels.
Provide analytical services across all types of sales and marketing data including field activity, sales, non-personal promotion, managed care, and other data.
Ability to create project delivery timelines, monitor progress, escalate and manage issues, and communicate status internally and with client team members.
Develop and maintain project documentation including scope documents, requirements, test plans, training materials, and statements of work.
Work independently to process information and data to create reports on activities, trends, and projections regarding performance, efficiencies, and possible improvements.
Work independently to create ad-hoc analyses and reports at the request of clients and sales management.
Act as Business Intelligence Reporting Liaison in client presentations.
Provide support and training to sales representatives, managers, and clients on analytics tools and data interpretation to drive effectiveness.
Meet regularly with client and internal/external sales leadership to communicate updates, data findings, and recommendations associated with analytical outputs.
Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operation
Create case studies identifying business trends regarding sales force metrics.
Other projects as deemed necessary by Management.

Skills:
Required:
7-10 years analytical experience with pharmaceutical sales and marketing data.
Experienced in the usage of pharmaceutical industry analytical tools such as MicroStrategy, Veeva/Salesforce.com.
5-10 years experience in leading the software/reporting development process including requirements, development, QC, training, and support for clients or internal business unit leadership.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present and make recommendations to senior levels of sales leadership
Experience across multiple reporting tools, data sets and proficiency with Microsoft SQL, Oracle and MS Excel, including formulas, expressions and charting
Strong analytical, mathematical and quantitative skills
Ability to interact with all levels of management in a variety of functional areas including sales, marketing, sales systems and managed care
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, manage customer expectations and execute timely deliverables
Strong client relationship management skills
Knowledge of sales and marketing function within the pharmaceuticals industry with ability to anticipate needs, make recommendations and respond to ad hoc requests quickly and appropriately.
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in computer science, statistics or related field
Preferred:
Supervisory experience.
Client management experience in pharmaceutical services company
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
