In this role you will be responsible for supporting the sales organization from pre-sales systems engineering consulting activities through post-sale installation and implementation support. Will provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications. Will provide answers to customer inquiries and handle problems of moderate to complex scope. Typically does not refer to established guidelines.
Specific responsibilities include:
Digital Cinema integration experience Understanding of theatre presentation - projector sizing, settings, lamp power, etc. Experience with Barco, NEC, Christie and Sony projectors desired Help customers during test installations Hands on digital cinema experience required Record all pertinent information/data Gain market intelligence (of incumbent lamps) Digital Cinema Competitive Benchmark understanding Need to understand OSRAM product advantages/disadvantages and exploit competitive weaknesses Full range of customer interaction required from front line end users to upper management decision makers Technical Sales Troubleshoot Projector Applications Customer/User feedback Make recommendations that may influence product design Assist in Quality complaints On site reviews Lamp diagnostics Recreate customer complaints in lab(s)

BS in engineering or other technical degree
5 years minimum Cinema experience
Bilingual desired (Spanish)
Extensive overnight travel required
Location: Current location is in Exeter, NH but could be located near large airport or targeted customer such as in Dallas, TX
