Job Details:
Under the direction of the Food & Nutrition Supervisor and Cooks, this position is responsible for the preparation and service of meals to our customers in our health care system. This position represents our department at a high level of customer service to all they interact with. This position supports the department's missionTo enhance the health of the people of Kennebec Valley by promoting healthy food choices and providing education about nutrition and health.
Qualifications/Competencies
ServSafe certification preferred
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) preferred
1 year or more preferred
Able to follow both verbal and written instructions
Able to read menus and identify diets
Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applicationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
