The Engineering and Technology Acquisition Support Services (ETASS) contract provides a broad range of engineering support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's (AFLCMC's) programs located at Hanscom AFB and their geographically separated units.

Responsibilities:
Jacobs is seeking a Configuration Manager/Data Manager (CM/DM) to support the Air Force Modeling & Simulation Test Tool (AFMSTT) program at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, MA. Responsibilities include the following:
Ensure AF CM policies and procedures are followed according to current AF and DoD guidelines.
Perform CM/DM processes which apply a disciplined process to document, recommend, control and implement changes to the AFMSTT Baseline without detriment to the operational environment.
Perform required DM functions to include the development of appropriate documentation (e.g. CDRLs as part of Exhibit A packages), delivering and enhancing the value of data, as well as tracking and monitoring vendor submissions.
o Develop Exhibit A Packages and CDRLs from SOWs/SOOs for contractual correctness following DoD 5010.12 as a guideline
o Verify and validate incoming CDRLS, review and comment on them and track comments related to these CDRLs in a CDRL database.
Maintain hardware, software and documentation databases.
Maintain software library management including the databases and the filing as well as tracking CM numbers
Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Ensure that all changes to the system are made in a controlled and reproducible manner according to DoD and AF Guidelines.
Verify and validate incoming AF-unique software and documentation following the guidelines for delivery outlined by DISA.
Perform Risk Management Assessment.
Order/ship software and documentation to internal and external customers.
Perform FCA/PCAs on impending changes to the baseline in order to validate build and its documentation.
Perform, manage and facilitate a Configuration Control Board (CCB) for pending changes to the baseline.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to work with internal & external customers to inform them of incoming software and documentation and the results of our verification and validation.
Ability to maintain control of the established baseline using current AF Guidelines (AFI-61A).
Ability to assist the PMO in identifying required documentation for the program from the vendor.
EDUCATION:
BS degree and 8 years of experience; MS degree and 7 years of experience; or PhD and 2 years of experience.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
This position may require travel of up to one week per month.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting for extended periods. May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. Must have sufficient mobility to enter areas of manufacturing and military sites or facilities where necessary.
Work Environment:
Generally an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.
Equipment and Machines:
Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, fax, etc.), and/or other industry-specific equipment.
Attendance:
Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements when required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
