Consult with clients to determine and analyze their business requirements, create technical specifications, draft design documents for complex programs, develop and modify batch programs, conduct testing for data creations and QA development, perform unit testing of modified programs, participate in system and integration testing for data verification, develop and maintain system documentation and submit weekly reports. Work with COBOL, DB2, JCL, IBM 3090, Oracle and CICS. Master's degree plus 6 months experience is required. Work site: Relocation for long and short term projects to client sites at varying unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. will be required. No telecommuting.
