The Junior Systems Administrator is responsible for the support, security and operation of the platforms attached to the Cardinal IP network. Candidate should enjoy working in a team environment and with end users.
Position Responsibilities/Duties:
Provide phone and email support to end users
Administer user accounts and access (Active Directory, Exchange, IM, Shortel, etc.)
Create and update process documentation, procedures, and plans
Windows server administration (RDS, Patches, Event Logs, etc.)
Build, update, deploy and maintain the Windows 7 workstation image process
Responsible for the maintenance and support of client systems and software
Provide periodic extended off-hours/weekend responsibilities
Maintain hardware/software asset inventories
Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and installation activities in the ticket tracking system
Read technical manuals, and conduct diagnostics to investigate and resolve support issues
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a technology curriculum or equivalent experience
3
years experience in Enterprise Desktop Support with a customer service focus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate both technical and non-technical language
Ability to provide support and problem resolution to unfamiliar systems
Experience with User Administration in a Microsoft Windows network
Ability to develop, implement and follow policies or procedures
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
