Cinder Solutions is looking for a solid candidate to fill the role of an Accounting Clerk for one of our growing clients in Aloha, OR. This is a full time, 40 an hour a week position. We offer all full time employees a competitive benefits package that includes PTO and Healthcare coverage.
Job Description:
This person will be using an already defined and documented process to convert Word documents into a publishing friendly format then upload them to our Wiki site.
Responsibilities:
- Converts large volume of documents from word format into a web friendly word format and then publishes them to Wiki-a web based document repository tool that stores all of the Finance process documentation using an existing process for the Wiki upload.
- Tracks completed documents and attachments have been uploaded in a central excel spreadsheet.
- They will need to perform the defined steps for a large volume of documents and track their progress using a spreadsheet that lists all of the document info.
Required Knowledge:
- Intermediate to Advanced excel experience, basic Microsoft Office and computer skills required.
- They won't need any accounting skills but will need computer skills.
- They will use Wiki, Microsoft Excel & Word and our IT Ref Library website that currently stores all of our documentation.
- Microsoft office skills are required including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience with each.
