Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking Continuous Improvement Manager to help Facilitate all improvement projects relating to safety, quality and productivity within the manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities:Responsible for leading and developing all facets of the Continuous Improvement function.
Ensure the facility implements and maintains the company performance system in all production areas.
Facilitate all improvement projects relating to safety, quality and productivity.
Responsible for reduction in customer complaints and product waste and an improvement in overall production through-put and efficiency
May be required to manage multiple projects at a time.
On occasion, work in-conjunction with customers, suppliers and all levels of management on various continuous improvement projects.
Responsible for all documentation and recordkeeping that relates to any continuous improvement or related project.
May be required to work all shifts from time-to-time.
Comply with all safety, health and environmental regulations as prescribed by law.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business or a related field required.

years experience in the Continuous Improvement (lean manufacturing) function
Knowledge in MS Office Suite, SAP, EzLabor
Preferred
Qualifications: Food industry experience
Experience with GMPs, HACCP, SQF and 5S
Green Belt or Black Belt certification
