Due to continual growth we are looking for a Service Technician in Creston, IA. This is for Green Valley Manor Apartment community - a HUD property with 47 units.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work in a fast paced work environment; problem solving excellent communication and customer service skills, and works well with other people.

The Service Technician is responsible for providing maintenance throughout the community. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
Handle resident service requests
Perform preventive maintenance
Painting
Preparing vacant apartments for move in
Janitorial duties
Striving to make the community appearance at or above quality standards at all times, including picking up trash, cleaning buildings and amenities on an ongoing basis
Experience or training in related fields of work beneficial:
Apartment Maintenance
Rotating on-call, vehicle and basic tools required.
Offers are contingent on a background check, pre-employment drug screen and physical.
