Will serve as the principal technical requirements analyst for our IT Development Contract. This contract has several ongoing and new system development efforts. This person will also be responsible for understanding business and technical requirements for systems development and will work in partnership with client's Requirements Team & business stakeholders to develop business/functional/technical requirements and use case documentation.
Position Requirements:
Experience gathering, analysing and eliciting requirements with business stakeholders through requirement workshops. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is highly desirable Familiarity with IEEE guidance for Systems and Software SDLC- Requirements Engineering (ISO/IEC/IEEE 2011:29148) Extensive experience conducting and leading full life cycle Requirements Management activities including Elicitation, Identification, Analysis (w/negotiation and decompositions), Specification development (Software, System, Performance, Functional & Non-functional, etc), Systems Modeling, Validation, and Management including Change Management and storage tools. Experience using requirements analysis and management tools to generate reports, ensure traceability, and manage project (experience using Rational RequisitePro and Rational Requirements Composer would be beneficial) Familiarity with complex content management, search and access systems, preferred but not essential. Must have proven track record of working closely with customers/stakeholders; and OUTSTANDING oral and written communication skills and experience working in a team environment with extremely demanding customers/stakeholders. Proficient with workflow analysis and documentation, including As-Is' and To-Be' processes Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) Assessments - Also Preferred
Experience conducting AoA assessments for government acquisitions is of interest Assess As-Is and To-Be environments in order to identify alternatives for meeting requirements Alternatives could include: reviewing the current enterprise infrastructure to accommodate the tools; cloud hosted solutions and a complete overhaul of the current infrastructure (ie, a new construct) Perform a Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) for each alternative Identify risks, benefits and weaknesses for each alternative Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to review and select an ideal alternative Perform a Life Cycle Cost Estimate (LCCE) of selected solution including Licensing and other related operational Cost and Risks to the government. Review and assess solution; provide recommendations for supporting tools, techniques Review and finalize the To-Be environments incorporating the Government-selected solution; document/model the To-Be processes Develop an Enterprise Transition Plan outlining a roadmap for realizing the solution including the necessary organization change management and any new roles and responsibilities Assist in the socialization and required change management within organization
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree
Certification Requirements: None. Scrum Master or similar preferred.
This is a perm, direct hire position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
