Title: COORD-SURGICAL MAT MGMT

Other Locations:
Focuses on analysis, management and performance of perpetual inventory control to assist management in the achievement of goals determined to meet the requirements of the hospital client. Serves as the central point of contact for the daily operation of the perpetual inventory under the guidance of the OR Manager and Director of Materials Management. Contacts vendors/manufacturers on behalf of the perpetual inventory or other client departments as required in instances where backorder or substitution situations are present.
Education/Other Qualifications
High school diploma; college coursework or degree preferred for career advancement opportunities
Minimum 3-5 years experience in operating room purchasing and inventory control
Proven knowledge and experience with requisition and inventory control systems.; ability to communicate at a high level to interact with operating room and cath lab directors, nurses, and department directors
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
