Peoplelink is currently seeking candidates from Wayland MI, Hastings MI, and Yankee Springs MI to fill a CNC Machine Shop Assistant Manager position. This position requires 2-5 years production experience. Mandatory experience in a Quality Tech position, experience as a production supervisor is a plus. Also if the candidate has familiarity in CAM programs, it would be a plus.
Pay depends on experience
Some Duties include:
Report to CNC Machine Shop Manager
Perform production control duties for the CNC Machine Shop
Perform quality checks for all first piece runs, and as needed throughout the run
Spearhead specialized projects to increase efficiency in production
Perform other tasks as needed by CNC Shop Manager
