Provide accurate and timely resolutions and support to operations and corporate staff relating to the delivery of worldwide insurance processing systems, workflows and processes.
o Assist with the documentation, implementation and communication of new procedures to ensure that systems and workfows meet the expectations of our clients and business users.
o Aid in the design of training materials, corporate business help and standards that are intuitive, user-friendly and consistent across all FM Global Operations.
o Represent business needs on project teams that involve IS, Finance, Marketing , Claims, Legal, etc.
o Verify system and application data to ensure the quality and integrity of our data.
o Participate in system requirements gathering and documentation involved with the development of new systems and enhancements to existing systems to ensure business needs are being met. This includes testing, developing, implementing, training and supporting company-wide business processing applications.
o Complete Business Acceptance testing, Business Help, and Training for the new Program Builder.
o This person will be required to conduct training and must be willing to travel globally.
o College/Business Degree preferred
o 2
insurance or related work experience
o Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word,
Infomapping
o Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal
communication skills
o Exceptional math and analytical skills
o Outstanding time and priority management skills
o Highly detailed multitasking team playerEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
