We are looking for a Service Desk analyst for a contract to hire role with our client in Wayne, PA. They will be supporting enterprise applications,remote connectivity, LAN connectivity, desktop applications, manufacturing applications, Windows, mobile devices, messaging, collaboration tools, etc. They will be asked to evaluate, prioritize, troubleshoot, analyze, research and resolve Level 1 PC hardware/software and application incidents reported by clients. They will assess issues for transfer to Level 2/3 IS&T support teams where indicated, and update Service Desk SharePoint knowledge database with technical support documentation.
Job Requirements:
2
years experience in an IT help desk team environment and/or demonstrated knowledge of desktop applications and tools Experience with PC configuration and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with Windows 7, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Internet Explorer, Blackberry, and WebEx is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a good customer service attitude. Experience with ticketing systems and their effective use. Specific SMART Service Management is preferred
