Summary:
Lead strategic marketing initiatives focused on the retirement plan market. Provide strategic and tactical direction for Transamerica Retirement Solutions' marketing and service development. In support of Transamerica's products and services, use classic marketing skills to develop retirement plan sponsor and financial advisor marketing strategies and collateral to meet goals and establish and maintain Transamerica's brand image. This individual will work closely with Transamerica's senior executives, sales and service departments.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee production of all types of marketing collateral - with a particular emphasis on electronic delivery solutions - for plan sponsors and financial advisors, ensuring that all marketing material is accurate in content and consistent with the company's positioning.
Manage direct marketing/mass email efforts to sponsors, advisors, and/or prospects. Monitor and measure success and identify ongoing improvement opportunities.
Remain current on changes with legal, regulatory, economic, competitive and technology requirements.
Interface with Transamerica's sales, service and product leaders to facilitate the sales process and client retention.
Help manage third-party relationships with agencies or vendors as needed.
Required
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies for investments or defined contribution/defined benefit retirement plans.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Client-focused and team-oriented. Proven experience managing and leading a team (although this position has no direct reports, the ability to lead and manage a cross-functional project team is critical).
Social/new media/web development experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce results within tight timeframes.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
