NOTE: THIS POSITION IS HOME-BASED WITH 75% TRAVEL; THEREFORE, THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE 19 STATES IN WHICH ABRA HAS REPAIR FACILITIES.
The position will be responsible for conducting and supporting training initiatives for ABRA's employees. Individuals in this role will primarily deliver live, instructor-led training to groups in all markets. These sessions may include ABRA process and systems training, New Hire Orientation, and other courses as needed.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver group training sessions to all ABRA markets.
Ensure all training presentation materials and modules are current, accurate and complete.
Offer guidance and assistance in the development of training for ABRA employees.
Provide direct support on ABRA processes and systems used.
Work with vendor organizations as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Collect data from classroom participants, analyze and use to drive improvement of training programs.
Support Process Instructors, and other field training resources, in the delivery of training.
Performs other duties as required.
Requirements REQUIREMENTS
3
years of experience
High school diploma or GED
Strong presentation skills
Understanding of adult learners, and effective facilitation techniques
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to interact successfully with individuals operating at a variety of roles across ABRA, vendor organizations, and industry-standard committees
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated ability to work independently, and to problem-solve in the field
Demonstrated ability to stay current with technology and trends in the auto body repair field, and to apply that information to real-world applications
PREFERRED
Certifications or degree in the field of Adult Education
Classroom delivery experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS
Will deliver training in a variety of locations including ABRA locations, vendor-supplied locations, and others
May be exposed to high levels of dust and noise
May work from home while not actively delivering training
Approximately 75% travel to deliver training across ABRA markets, and to attend meetings
Must be located with convenient access to a major airportEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
