/ Responsible for providing client support for our online enrollment and benefits administration products. This includes the following key
Responsibilities: /
/ Maintain thorough working knowledge of our online enrollment benefits administration platforms and processes. /
/ Responsible for researching issues involving employee data, benefit configuration, and eligibility. /
/ Responds to complex inquiries, solving non-routine problems using independent judgment and discretion, and ensuring client satisfaction with products and service. /
/ Ensures response time to incoming calls and inquiries are acceptable and clients issues/needs are being met on a consistent basis with a high degree of satisfaction. /
/ Coordinates with matrix partners to ensure needs are met and potential problems are averted. Keeps matrix partners informed of account status. /
/ May be assigned to particular clients as a led for online enrollment as needs arise. /
/ /
/ Qualifications /
/ Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills is critical to effectively communicate with client, brokers, and internal business partners /
/ Excellent organization and project management skills. Ability to work across matrix partners to effectively drive issues to closure. /
/ Ability to communicate complex subject matter to various audiences. /
/ Bachelor degree and/or 5 years experience in benefits administration with a preference to online enrollment applications. /
/ 3 or more years' experience in a client facing role. /
/ Domestic US travel to client sites 0-25% /
/ ExcellentMicrosoft office suite skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project. /
