The Senior Training Developer/ Military Analyst will perform work that requires the collection and analysis of data to provide reports, models, and strategies to support a career-spanning learning continuum for the U.S. Army Fires Center of Excellence at Fort Sill (USAFCOEFS) Field Artillery and Air Defense Artillery Soldiers and leaders. These methodologies include but are not limited to review of existing publications and literature, interviews, focus groups, site visits, and observation. The Senior Training Developer/ Military Analyst will provide graphical representations of learning continuums for each Field Artillery and Air Defense Artillery Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) and officer Area of Concentration (AOC) along with a written report detailing the relationship between the Army training domains (institutional, self-development, and operational) and the pillars of Army leader development (training, education, and experience). The Senior Training Developer/ Military Analyst will be familiar with the initiatives outlined in the Army Capstone Concepts, the Army Leader Development Strategy (ALDS), and all applicable TRADOC 350-series regulations and pamphlets. The Senior Training Developer/ Military Analyst will identify training and education gaps based on findings, and provide a report of Courses of Actions (COA) and recommendations to mitigate existing gaps.
Qualification Requirements:
At least ten years of relevant experience with Field Artillery and/or Air Defense Artillery formations.
Experience within the last three years in Field Artillery and/or Air Defense Artillery operations, to include involvement in the areas of personnel, operations, training, education and instruction.
Minimum of a Bachelors degree.
Served at least one year in a FA and/or ADA Brigade or higher organization.
Graduate of the Command and General Staff College, or ILE, the Warrant Officer Staff Course, or the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy.
Possess experience in education (particularly adult education) to include data collection, job analysis, and statistical analysis.
Possess and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Salary: NegotiableEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
