Our client is looking for a dynamic person with Artificial Lift knowledge to add to their sales team.
Work within an established geographical area to generate new business and grow existing customers
Develop and maintain long term customer relationships with key decision makers within the customer base
Provide technical knowledge and support to customers
Work with internal and external resources to solve customer issues
Maximize revenues for Product Line Services with assigned clients
Assist Sales Management with formulation of sales strategies and yearly budget
Develop individual sales plans and growth strategies
Identify new product opportunities and development strategies
Assist and introduce new Products and Services into account
Prepare and give sales presentations
Generate and submit bids to customers as needed
Facilitate offerings at every opportunity
Visit customer worksites to make certain the product is meeting customer expectations
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by manager with the physical constraints of the job
Skills and
Qualifications:
Minimum of combined 3-5 years sales/field experience
Ability to quickly gain broad knowledge of multiple product lines
Excellent communication skills
Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
Ability to liaison between Customer and Company across all levels
Self-starter with a high level of motivation
Ability to work independently as well as work as a member of a team
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
