Diesel Mechanic
Responsibilities:
Bumper-to-bumper preventive maintenance service and/or repair to tractor and trailer
Preventive maintenance inspection
Electrical troubleshooting
Brake system repair
Tire maintenance
Minor diesel engine repair
Air conditioning system repair
Tire & Wheel, Heavy Duty Brake System and A/C Certifications are a plus
ASE Certifications are a plus
Diesel Mechanic Pay and
Benefits:
Competitive skill and experience-based pay, based on clock hours not book hours
ASE Testing Reimbursement (up to Level 6 Heavy Truck ASE and Upon Passing)
$1,000 tool allowance
In House Training to Keep You Current on Industry Specs for Engines, Transmissions and Electrical Components
No roadside work!
Uniforms provided and cleaned for associates
Family & individual Cigna medical coverage, dental, vision, prescription card, and hearing benefits package ALL for as low as $51 weekly ($26 per week for unmarried individuals). With the option of reduced medical premiums if you participate in tEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
