Job Description Responsibilities include: Plan, organize, and manage work for Electrical mechanics. Ensure safe work conditions and adherence to safety requirements/regulations. Ensure construction schedule adherence and cost accounting. Ensure first time quality of all work accomplished. Assign, status, and manage work orders; coordinate operational schedules. Understand, support, and administer the union labor contract. Communicate with fellow supervisors to help achieve a smooth work flow and a high degree of productivity. Use electronic Time Accounting System (TAS) to maintain employees time, overtime, and work order charges on a daily basis.
Required Education/Training High School Diploma or GED required Graduate apprentice preferred
Previous electrical/technical schooling preferred
Experience Two (2) years of Marine Electrical experience preferred.
Previous supervisory experience in a production environment preferred.
Solid understanding of shipbuilding and/or manufacturing processes required.
Understanding of MACPAC system preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Work history of positive working relationships with peers required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
