This energetic individual interacts with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, has the ability to develop lasting relationships, and the skills to close contracts through consultative sales. Training is provided to thoroughly understand the products our painters use. Good memory, quick thinking, basic math, and customer-oriented communication skills are critical qualities in our rock star sales peeps.
A clean driving record is a must for the company-provided vehicle. Prior sales background is preferred. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional demeanor, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
Starting pay is based on realistic and historical goals. You may do better or worse, depending on your sales skills and motivation. We offer on-going training and coaching to assist in achieving the goals you set.
