A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a QA Lead to join our team in Augusta Maine .
Position Functions/
Responsibilities:
As a QA Lead he/she must apply well-developed interpersonal and analytical skills, knowledge of business processes and information technology, and a deep understanding of QA tools and testing processes. Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels within the organization are essential. Understand the current organizations delivery methodology and strategize the QA approach for a successful BPM implementation. Be able to provide thought leadership in implementing QA industry best practices. Comfortable managing a team of testers and responsible for creating, reviewing and approving scripts, execution.
Specifically, it is expected that the QA Lead will be proficient and have demonstrated success in the following areas:
General
- Must demonstrate ability to work well without close supervision
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and across technical and non-technical disciplines
- Strong understanding of business concepts and practices, and an ability to communicate them to both business and technology professionals.
- Strong people skills with eagerness to drive toward customer satisfaction while managing multiple priorities in dynamic environment is essential.
- Ability to create and execute manual and automated test scripts
- Must be comfortable in a fast paced Agile environment
QA
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Manage change and issues control processes
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Test complete, UFT
Nice to have Skills:
- Experience in Pega implementation and TMF
- Experience with SOAP UI
- Experience in setting up QA Center of Excellence
The successful candidate will evaluate the current client environment establish test procedures, processes lead and assist the client with establishing the QA COE.
Required Skills:
Four years' of experience in Automation Testing - Automation Test Design
Four years' of experience in Manual Testing- Test Case Creation & Test Case Execution
