- The Voice: No, not the show. If you're going to be chatting people up on the phone and taking orders we want you to have the voice of an angel that's always clear and sharp.
- Friendly demeanor: Smile - treat our customers like you would your family and friends. Think of it this way -- a smile and a kind word can mean the difference between a wallet full of tips and just some extra change for your cup holder.
- Dress the part: You're the first and last person our customers will see, make it memorable -- in a good way!
