Responsibilities
Span multiple shifts or multiple functions (ie equipment maintenance AND building/facilities maintenance). Plans, schedules, and supervises work of skilled craft maintenance workers in the inspection, maintenance, repair and servicing of plant equipment and/or building/facilities to prevent disruption of mfg process. Ensures that safety codes and standards are maintained. Inspects work on maintenance projects by employees or private contractors to ensure conformance to specifications.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree plus minimum 2 years relevant experience required. Incumbents may have 5-10 years related experience.
Experience:
Apply advanced technical and working knowledge of the manufacturing process using judgment in making adaptations and modifications where appropriate.
