QAULIFICATIONS:
5-10 years of Retail Store Management experience with the Luxury space.
Strong back ground in selling, coaching and developing talent.
Ability to attract clients and understanding needs.
Strong customer service and communication skills
Polished and Professional

The Store Director will effectively lead, develop and support the sales and operations of a store to meet and/or exceed sales plans and profitability targets.
The Store Director is the store leader, an individual that locally builds a climate of the Experience and client development by maximizing the performance of motivated, innovative, enthusiastic and engaged employeesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
