Smartlink is looking to add two Lead Recruiters in Annapolis, MD
The Lead Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. Each Lead Recruiter will be assigned to a vertical and region to drive revenue and productivity. This will be achieved through the development of local and regional recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Full lifecycle recruiting, including post placement activities.
Manage a team of Recruiters in the assigned key vertical.
Provide guidance and workflow recommendations to Recruiters in their vertical through daily meetings (assign focus and responsibility).
Drive daily activity of team through discussion of daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting goals.
Assist in the submission of qualified candidates to customer Vendor Management Systems.
Partner with Account Managers and the Recruiting Manager to identify and accurately articulate business needs and position requirements.
Proactively maintains ATS database and relationships with a focus on hard-to-fill and high-volume positions in assigned vertical.
Identify qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, and internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals.
Assist in coordinating the logistics of client/candidate interviews. (perform interview preparation with their recruiters)
Prepare all paperwork necessary to request an offer letter or contract, assigning candidate to a specific position.
Coordinate start date & provide orientation information, including: payroll procedures, expense procedures, effective date for health benefits, IT procedures, and additional company information as needed.
Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates
Provide positive end-to-end management of candidate experiences.
Engage in local and national networking events as well as local professional association meetings.
Maintain professional, ethical, and company standards at all times.

Job Requirements:
Must understand advanced recruitment/sourcing techniques.
Experience in problem solving & multi-tasking.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and recordkeeping.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Efficient negotiating skills.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills.

Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years related recruitment/staffing experience in a fast paced environment.

Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel (Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
