Provide materials engineering technology and science for circuit protection systems in the Car Market. Provide materials analysis for design and development engineering in the organization. Lead the element technology development, technology application, and perform material analysis lab process utilizing design tools and equipment - ANSYS, UG-NX, and Materials Engineering, thermodynamics, tool engineering, electrical engineering principles, Scanning Electron Microscope and other material/chemical analysis tools. Support PCP ABU material development and materials analysis during validation testing and quality issue root cause analysis.
Requirements:
1.Minimum 3 years industry experience in materials analysis. 5 years (or more) preferred.
2.Strong background in thermal, materials, and electrical engineering sciences.
3.Solid understanding of fundamental characteristics, production processes and materials.
4.Highly skilled in data collection and interpretation, with demonstrated analytic ability.
5.Good oral and written communication skills.
7.Must have advanced skills in Excel and Word. Working knowledge of Minitab is a strong benefit.
8.Experience with 3D CAD (NX) and ANSYS is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
