Store Manager
A successfulStore Managerwill ensure our company objectives are met through coaching, mentoring, and training a knowledgeable customer service and sales team. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Attain monthly & annual performance objectives with employees as set by management.
Supervise the interviewing, selection, training and evaluation of store personnel.
Manage toward a positive cash flow by achieving sales forecast; maintaining payroll cost & controlling operating expenses.
Work closely with sales department on sales programs, objectives & customer care.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, make outside calls, take deliveries when necessary & handle customer complaints effectively.
Responsible for management of company assets to provide proper return.
Required minimum
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in business, marketing, related fieldORequivalent combination ofeducation and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in aftermarket automotive parts is preferred.
At least 3 years management/supervisoryexperience, preferably in automotive industry.
Must possess strong PC skills; Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.)
Candidate must also successfully complete:

Drug screening
Motor vehicle record check
