Route Driver- $10/Hr Responsible for making make local deliveries/pick ups, create efficient route plan to insure timely delivery, perform shipping and receiving duties, and help in other areas of the shop as required. Knowledge of the local metro Detroit area is necessary. Valid drivers license and clean driving record are required. Furnace Operators -$12/Hr Looking for machine/furnace operators to run production equipment similar to heat treat furnaces. Duties: running production equipment, preparing paperwork; cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. MUST have mechanical skills. Heat-treat experience a plus General Labor -$9/Hr Perform check-in, cleaning, setting, packing, sand blasting, shipping and receiving functions. Welder - $15-$18/Hr Responsibilities include mig, tig, and alloy welding along with brazing and soldering. Fulfill all welding requirements for assembly of new processing equipment and maintenance/repair of in-house equipment. 5 years experience with alloy welding, general shop tools and equipment knowledge. Non-union environment. Operations Supervisor- (Please provide salary requirements) Looking for a hands on supervisor to manage vacuum and heat treat furnaces and (high temperature chemical processing equipment). You would be responsible for managing the daily operations of loading / unloading furnaces, production scheduling, equipment maintenance, cleaning / packaging parts, and general shop work. Mechanical, trouble shooting, and expediting experience is required. MUST have supervisory experience and be able to carryout administrative personnel duties such as interviewing/hiring, employee corrective actions, performance reviews, shift scheduling, monitor/record employee attendance, and terminations.
