We are also seeking Team Lead candidates. All Team Lead candidates must go through 30 to 90 days of working as a Customer Service Representative to show solid phone handling and customer service skills. At this time we are currently seeking 2 to 4 customer service team leads who can prove themselves as valuable CSR candidates!
A Customer Service Representatives Job Duties Will Include: Assisting Customer's with Product Questions, Taking Product Orders over the Phone, Servicing Cancellation Requests, and Handling Refund/RMA inquiries.

Little to No Experience is fine, just the ability to work hard and apply what we teach you, superior communication & customer service skills are a big plus. We will train and help you to be a customer service superstar if you have the desire and determination to succeed!
The CSR compensation structure is as follows:
Training pay @ $7.25 per hour ( first 5 days )
Day 6 @ $9.00 per hour
Day 30 - CSR-1: up to $10.00 per hour based upon attendance and call performance
Day 90 - CSR-2: up to $10.75 per hour based upon attendance and call performance
Day 180 -- CSR-3: up to $11.50 per hour based upon attendance and call performance
Day 270 -- CSR-4 : up to $12.25 per hour based upon attendance and call performance
Day 360 -- CSR -5: up to $13.00 per hour based upon attendance and call performance
Day 450
-- CSR's will have quarterly reviews thereafter and earn the opportunity to have further bonuses for attendance

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
