A highly motivated, self-disciplined Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will have 3
years of experience in a Help Desk environment supporting both internal and external users. As part of the support team, the Support engineer will support client, server, and network related issues, including acting as a liaison between 3rd-party vendor support teams and the client. The ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of Citrix, Exchange, Active Directory, and preferably one or more of the following industry certifications: MCP, MCSA, CCNA, A+, and Network+. Experience and certifications with Dell SonicWALL or Cisco are a plus. Availability to work flexible shifts is a plus.
Position
Qualifications:
o Experience with help-desk ticketing systems
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to work closely with customers
o Microsoft Windows (client and server OS)
o Microsoft Office
o Active Directory
o Microsoft Exchange including Office 365
o VoIP phones (Astra, Polycom, Cisco)
o Citrix support

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
