Continuity of Business Operations Program develops the CoB Policy and Standards; facilitates a process to ensure that business continuity plans are viable, executable, implemented and tested; and establishes a governance structure that ensures global compliance by all Citi businesses
The role of the Volume Project Manager will be to maintain the project plan, track progress, lead various working group sessions, communicate status and create/maintain the necessary program documentation.
- Develop and maintain project plans for specific volume testing initiatives focused on resolving OCC Matters Requiring Attention.
- Lead working group meetings, track follow-up, risks and issues, and minute all critical meetings.
- Organize, track, and coordinate project tasks and milestones;
- Develop management reports and scorecards to track progress of the responsible participants.
- Obtain requirements/feedback and consensus from sector and global representatives, and translating these requirements into process standards, and procedures.
- Prepare senior management presentations and other communications.
- Evaluate direction, milestones, and tasks for completeness and applicability as well as recommending solutions for dealing with identified issues.
- Create and/or re-write process standards, procedures, or guidance documents.
- Work with Tools Team on enhancements to align COB Trac 2.0 with standards and processes defined for Volume Testing.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
