Our client in Centrevile, VA has an immediate need for a Reverse Engineer to join their team.
Description:
Seeking Software Reverse Engineers who like to research and develop leading edge technology for Windows and/or mobile devices. The work involves researching operating systems internals, software vulnerabilities, testing and debugging. Project may involve tasks such as reverse engineering binaries, source code auditing, building tools to support vulnerability analysis, or writing proof of concept programs. Work will involve direct interaction with customers and other contractors to participate in the design and development process.

Basic
Qualifications:
o BS (or MS) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math or related engineering field
o 2
years developing software using C or assembly languages
o 2
years of Windows kernel/ driver development
o 2
years of Software reverse engineering
o Proof of US citizenship is required
o Applicants selected for employment will be subject to a Federal background investigation and must meet additional eligibility requirements for access to classified information or materials.


Preferred
Qualifications:
o Knowledge of TCP/IP network internals a very strong plus
o Experience with debugging tools such as IDAPro and WinDbg highly desireable Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
