DEPARTMENT:Land Development Services
SALARY:$5,938-$7,546 per month .

DUTIES:Plan, organize, and supervise the
facilities maintenance division overseeing all County facilities.
Supervise the Building Inspection Division in the administration of
building, plumbing, mechanical, sanitation and electrical codes.
Serve as statutory Building Official.
TO QUALIFY: Bachelor's degree in
business, public administration, economics, construction and
building management, engineering or closely related field. Six
years' experience in general areas of responsibilities, including
supervisory duties, with at least three years' experience in
facilities and capital project management, Building Division
management or as a Building Official. Requires possession of, or
ability to quickly obtain, State of Oregon certification as a
Building Official and A-level Structural Plans/Inspection
certification.
