PT Lead Production Associate needed to process all wares donations and prepare for store shipment according to all production and quality standards. To provide supervision in the processing department in the absence of Manager. Ability to read, write, and perform simple mathematical computations. Knowledge of quality of materials that are able to be merchandised by Goodwill. Ability to work with people with disabilities. Some supervisory experience preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to bend, stoop and lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to work with others in team environment. Ability to recognize antiques and collectibles. Ability to work beyond the normal schedule as required. PT Soft Goods Specialist needed to process all textile donations for store resale. Knowledge of fabrics, sizes, styles, and quality is preferred. Able to stand and bend for an entire shift. Flexible Schedule and Employee Discount. (Job located 2353 Lincoln Hwy E Lancaster PA)
